The next generation NOG mouse is improved humanized mouse recipient with gene modifications (transgenic, knockout, or knockin) to facilitate multiple differentiation, engraftment, and function of transplanted human cells. We aim to establish powerful in vivo platform to analyze human physiological systems and to develop human disease models for preclinical researches.
